Junior Technical Support Specialist (German-speaking)

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance to customers in German via phone or email, as well as handling technical inquiries, distributing them, arranging callbacks, and responding to requests.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, in German and English.
• Clarify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to the technical team.
• Handle technical inquiries and distribute them to the relevant departments or individuals.
• Arrange callbacks to customers to provide further assistance or gather additional information.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our customer support system.
• Continuously update knowledge of Festo products and services to effectively address customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer issues.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Fluent in German speaking, reading, and writing.
