The mission of CBD is to influence customers to build joint business through actions on our brands in stores. Two-way collaboration with customer is fundamental to understand growth opportunities, prepare a plan and execute the plan. Early in career a CBD manager would be responsible for account often over 1 million EUR in sales. Above all CBD has to excel leadership, collaboration and conceptual selling skills to succeed in a highly competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering on sales objectives as per annual and monthly plans;
Developing marketing programs for customers;
Managing promotional funds;
Managing merchandizers team responsible for customer's business;
Developing productive long-term relationship with management of customers HQ and store managers.
Requirements
University degree (can be last year student);
Good command of English and Lithuanian;
Excellent communication skills;
Creativity, determination, flexibility;
Valid driving license.
