Job Description

  • Creating end-to-end establishment solutions for international manufacturing, industrial, logistics, and technology companies to attract long-term investment and support the region’s economic transformation;
  • Together with the team and partners, creation of tailor-made solutions for investors - from land selection and infrastructure planning to full real estate development solutions, including acting as the central B2B sales lead, structuring investor pitches, and driving complex, long-term decision-making processes;
  •  Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients, identifying expansion opportunities, and attracting strategic partners;
  • Positioning Klaipėda FEZ as a comprehensive real estate development product (large-scale “city-within a city” territory development);
  • Close cooperation with internal teams, public institutions, and partners to strengthen Klaipėda region and FEZ as an attractive investment destination;
  • Identification of prospective clients in Lithuanian and foreign markets, and development and implementation of investor attraction strategies;
  • Active sales and marketing activities, development of profitable business relationships;

Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in business development or B2B sales in an international environment;
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken);
  • Solid project management skills and understanding of sales processes;
  • Proactive, customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on results;

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in commercial or industrial real estate development would be a strong advantage;
  • Understanding of foreign investors’ expectations and the Lithuanian business environment;
  • Experience in marketing, service development, and project management;
  • Understanding of large-scale territory or infrastructure development projects.
  • Knowledge of German or another foreign language;
