The Role
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to support end-to-end procure-to-pay processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. This role is a great opportunity to develop your skills, contribute to process improvements, and gain exposure to a dynamic international environment.
What we’re looking for:
- 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or finance-related role.
- ERP knowledge (SAP is a plus) and good Excel skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
What you’ll do:
- Support the end-to-end Accounts Payable cycle, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Process invoices and handle PO and supplier queries.
- Assist with reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
- Monitor key AP metrics and support reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and suppliers to resolve issues.
