AI Solutions Consultant

This is a full-time hybrid role for an AI Solutions Consultant at PRODIVI, located in Kaunas, with flexibility for remote work.

The AI Solutions Consultant will work with clients and internal teams to help identify, design, and implement AI-driven solutions. The role focuses on understanding business challenges and supporting the development of practical AI use cases, particularly involving LLMs, generative AI, automation, and data platforms.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather business needs, contribute to solution design, and support the delivery of AI solutions from early discovery through proof-of-concept and implementation. You will work together with developers, data engineers, and AI specialists to help ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives and technical requirements.

You will also support clients in understanding AI opportunities, evaluating potential use cases, and applying AI technologies in a practical and responsible way.

• Experience in software, data, automation, or AI-related projects
• General understanding of AI technologies, such as LLMs, generative AI, machine learning, or automation  
• Ability to understand business requirements and contribute to solution planning
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including technical and business stakeholders
• Good communication skills and ability to explain technical topics in a clear way
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in AI, cloud, or consulting are a plus

• Familiarity with solutions such as chatbots, copilots, document intelligence, or workflow automation
• Exposure to platforms such as Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or similar ecosystems
• Understanding of how to assess AI use cases based on business value and feasibility
• Experience contributing to proof-of-concept or implementation activities
• Interest in responsible AI practices and AI adoption in organizations
