GET READY TO:

  • Manage and record all bank transactions in the accounting system
  • Monitor and reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy of financial records
  • Process and record purchase invoices to accounting system
  • Regularly reconcile customer balances to ensure consistency between records and actual accounts
  • Document and register customer debt write-offs following internal policies
  • Monthly AP/AR reconciliations
  • Assist with month-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all AP transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve AP processes
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience, with a focus on banking and AP
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Hands on approach. Understand the process and the data, be able to challenge and find best solution
  • Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills
