Business Assistance Specialist

  • Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments
  • Arrange business travel and manage related administrative tasks such as booking, and expense administration
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
  • Plan and organize workshops, and on-site events, including logistics and stakeholder communication in collaboration with local teams
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and task execution
  • Provide PMO support: track activities, facilitate lessons learned sessions, and develop summary presentations
  • Assist in budget planning and sales reporting processes in close collaboration with relevant departments
  • Support the preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): create slide decks and coordinate content delivery aligned with key storylines
  • Provide general administrative support and assist in ad hoc tasks as needed

Come prepared

  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Strong business English skills
  • Excellent communication and proactive attitude
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and structured work style
  • Able to work independently
  • Proficient in PowerPoint (presentation creation)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft 365 and open to learning advanced features
  • German language skills would be an advantage
