Job Description

  • Creation/continuous improvement of business establishment opportunities provided in the Klaipeda’s LEZ area;
  • Close collaboration with other team members and partners in developing/improving the Klaipeda region and Klaipeda's LEZ product for investors;
  • Enhancing the region's appeal and competitiveness while spreading the word about it;
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients, seeking additional opportunities for their growth and development, and attracting partners;
  • Prospective customer identification in Lithuanian and foreign markets, as well as the development and implementation of a customer attraction strategy;
  • Active sales and marketing activities, as well as the development of profitable business relationships;
  • Together with the team and partners, develop and sell the best solution for the client to settle in Klaipeda;
  • Negotiations with clients;
  • Successful conclusion of sales transactions

Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • At least 5 years of business development, B2B sales experience in an international environment;
  • Excellent sales, negotiation and problem-solving skills;
  •  Higher Education;
  • Very good knowledge of the English language (oral and written);
  • Ability to go on business trips;
  • Excellent project management skills, knowledge of sales processes;
  • Initiative, orientation towards the understanding of customer needs and the result of one's own activities.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of German or another foreign language;
  • Higher education in the field of economics or technology;
  • Knowledge of foreign investors and Lithuanian business needs;
  • Experience in marketing, service development and project management.
