The Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join UDS as one of the first members of our growing sales team. This role is ideal for a proactive and driven sales professional who is motivated by results and eager to take ownership. You will play a key role in expanding into international markets, developing new relationships, and contributing to long-term business growth in a highly dynamic and fast-evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients and partners through various channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government institutions, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop distributor and partner networks in assigned regions.
  • Represent the company at international exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
  • Coordinate product demonstrations and support local market engagement activities.
  • Manage sales activities using CRM and ensure structured follow-up.
  • Contribute to both new business development and relationship management of existing opportunities.
  • Work with long and complex sales cycles, including public procurement processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales.
  • Solid understanding of B2B sales processes and tools (CRM, outreach, pipeline management).
  • Strong motivation to achieve results and grow financially through performance.
  • High level of ownership, proactivity, and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and engage with clients in person.
  • Fluent English.
  • Higher education degree.
