Business Intelligence Officer

This is a newly created role for an experienced specialist who can connect business needs, data and technology. Working within the Business Excellence team, you will help turn data into meaningful business insights, improve reporting and processes, and contribute to the development of digital and data-driven solutions across the Baltic organisation.
Job description:
• Analyse business needs, processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement;
• Translate business requirements into practical analytical and technical solutions;
• Analyse business and commercial data and provide insights to support decision-making;
• Develop and improve reporting and dashboards using Power BI;
• Work with data and solutions within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment;
• Identify data quality issues, investigate root causes and recommend solutions;
• Support data integration, reporting and process automation initiatives;
• Participate in digital transformation and business improvement projects;
• Collaborate with Business Excellence, commercial and other internal teams across Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia;
• Contribute to the development and improvement of internal systems, data tools and new technology solutions.

• Solid experience in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis or a similar technical and analytical role;
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP);
• Experience with Power BI, data visualisation and business reporting;
• Good knowledge of SQL, data modelling and ETL processes;
• Experience working with complex datasets and solving data quality issues;
• Good understanding of data flows, integrations and business systems;
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical and analytical solutions;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders;
• Fluent English.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry and understanding of commercial processes;
• Experience with Power Query and DAX;
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps or Power Automate;
• Experience with SharePoint integrations or development;
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly Navision or SAP;
• Experience with process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
