Job Description

As a CI Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering both local and global projects in a manufacturing environment. This role combines project coordination and production process improvement, ensuring effective implementation of changes from concept to completion. The position covers the full project lifecycle – from planning and structuring to execution – as well as continuous analysis of processes and implementation of efficiency improvement initiatives in collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, structure, and execute local and global projects in a manufacturing environment
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure smooth collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and risks, ensuring control and transparency
  • Ensure successful project delivery in line with agreed timelines and quality requirements
  • Analyze production processes, monitor performance indicators, and initiate and implement efficiency improvement actions

Requirements

  • University degree
  • Project management experience (experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage)
  • Understanding of production processes (flows, capacities, planning)
  • Knowledge of Lean / Continuous Improvement principles
  • Very good English skills
  • Ability to work with different organizational levels (from operators to senior management)
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
