Responsibilities:

As the Coliving Receptionist, you will be the friendly face and driving force behind creating an engaging and supportive community for our members. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Communicate and support our guests with general inquiries
• Participate in planning community events like mixers and parties
• Assist with community calendar and property inspections
• Help residents with their arrival and departure
• Crush day-to-day administrative tasks

Requirements:

To excel in this role, we are looking for someone who embodies the spirit of community and possesses the following qualifications:

• Good English language skills, other languages would be a plus
• Customer service skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries
• Organizational abilities to participate in planning events and handle various tasks efficiently
• A passion for social media
• Availability across a 7-day roster (weekends & night shifts included)
