Responsible for all construction works performed on site
Manage all contractors and sub-contractors during construction period
Co-ordinate all activities with the supervision construction team
Secure the right quality level, according with IKEA Industry standards and local/national regulations
Develop and maintain up-to-date all construction documentation (Drawings, technical specifications, minutes of meetings, etc.)
Construction time plan follow up
Be present in construction and co-ordination meetings, and share the information to the right stakeholders
Report immediately all deviations and constrains during construction works
Present to the project team, all material samples and specifications for approval
Knowledge in Health & Safety regulations and respective national codes
Be the contact person concerning construction works, towards relevant authorities
Requirements
4-5 years’ experience in buildings and infrastructures construction,
preferably in industrial sites
Graduate in Civil engineering (preferably)
English independent level, both on verbal and writing
Have a proactive attitude and a problem solver mind set
Be aligned with all company values
User in AutoCAD and MS Project software’s
