Construction Project Manager

As a key member of our project leadership team, you will drive construction contracts from initial bidding through to successful handover. Your main duties will include:
• Lead and coordinate bidding processes for prospective contracts, including participating in the selection and management of external designers.
• Develop comprehensive construction schedules across all project phases—including Design & Build (D&B) scope from initial concept to final occupancy permit—in close collaboration with trade specialists.
• Oversee design workflows, reviewing all technical and project documentation for formal compliance, technical accuracy, and quality.
• Active participation in financial planning, identifying opportunities for cost and revenue optimization throughout the project lifecycle.
• Construction & Site Supervision: Monitor and control overall project performance, ensuring strict adherence to budgets, execution timelines, quality standards, and safety compliance.
• Permitting & Handover: Lead efforts to secure required administrative approvals and final occupancy permits.
• Investor Relations: Act as the direct point of contact for the Investor, fostering strong partner relationships and providing regular progress updates.

• At least of 5 years of experience in managing full-scope construction contracts.
• Required: Full, unrestricted construction license in structural and civil engineering.
○ Preferred: Qualification/certificate to serve as the Construction Manager of a Special Structure (Ypatingojo statinio statybos vadovo pareigos).
• Strong knowledge of construction law and administrative processes, particularly regarding building and occupancy permit acquisition.
• Knowledge of MS Project and Autodesk AutoCAD.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• Good verbal and written knowledge of English or Polish (B2+).
• Category B driver’s license (for domestic business travel).
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and cultivate a positive work atmosphere.
• Willingness to work up to 150 km away from your place of residence.
