Job Description

Own end-to-end company operations and oversee a diversified and scaling business portfolio beyond core media, including content, e-commerce, product development, and affiliate-driven business models;
Lead and align senior leadership teams (C-level and Heads) across Content, Marketing, Monetization, E-commerce, Product, Operations, and Support;
Hold full P&L responsibility across business units, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and financial discipline;
Translate company strategy into clear operational plans, KPIs, and execution frameworks across both media and product-led initiatives;
Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations, including workflows, resource allocation, and cross-team collaboration at scale;
Lead new and existing initiatives from ideation to execution and profitability, ensuring operational readiness and scalability across multiple revenue streams and business models;
Design and continuously improve operating models, processes, and systems to support long-term growth and efficiency;
Use performance, financial, and audience data to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making;
Drive process optimization, automation, and digitalization across the organization;
Build, scale, and lead high-performing leadership and execution teams, including attracting, developing, and retaining top-tier performers;
Act as a key decision-maker during growth phases, peak periods, and organizational change;
Stay informed on market, media, e-commerce, affiliate, and media-tech trends, applying insights to strengthen execution and competitiveness.

Requirements

Proven experience in C-level or equivalent senior leadership roles, leading departments, projects, business units, or startups;
Strong ability to lead complex, multi-functional organizations operating across different business models;
Solid background in operational leadership, with ownership over budgets, P&L, and profitability;
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into execution, supported by clear KPIs and measurable results;
Hands-on experience building, scaling, or transforming operations in fast-paced environments;
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, driven by data, KPIs, and performance metrics;
Proven ability to drive organizational change, improve processes, and achieve operational excellence;
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to align and inspire diverse teams;
Proven ability to build and scale strong leadership and execution teams, including senior leaders and top-performers;
Experience in media, content, e-commerce, product development, affiliate, or media-tech businesses is a strong advantage;
Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both written and verbal.
