Customer Service Assistant

Job Description

  • CSA provides the best possible service and support to customers via email.
  • Processes customer orders, quotes and other information by entering into company systems.
  • Researches and expedites customer requests. 
  • Provides support to the local Customer Service team and assists other teams when required.
  • The support function is based in Lithuania, with one CSA supporting the Baltics and Finland, and another providing CSA support across the EMEA region.

Requirements

  • Desire and ability to interact directly with customers and carry out correspondence in a professional and courteous manner. 
  • Very good Lithuanian and English skills, written and verbal; additional languages a plus. 
  • Profound MS Office skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and interact with people at all levels.
  • Attention to detail and team player

Nice to have:

  • Initial experience in customer service or support is advantageous, not a must.  
  • Experience with an ERP system would be helpful. 
  • Any other  European language.
