The project focuses on deployment, automation, and infrastructure operations for the client’s hosted contact center automation platform. The DevOps Deployment Engineer will work with technically complex environments, supporting application installations, upgrades, releases, hot fixes, and service packs across development, testing, and production. The role involves close collaboration with DevSecOps, development, QA, and operations teams to improve deployment processes, maintain CI/CD pipelines, support infrastructure automation, and ensure reliable monitoring, alerting, and logging for production environments.
