Email Marketing Manager

• Taking full ownership of email marketing strategy, execution, optimization, and revenue performance;
• Building and optimizing customer lifecycle journeys, including onboarding, retention, churn recovery, failed payment recovery, referral, quiz, and personalized campaigns;
• Creating segmented email campaigns tailored to different customer audiences and business objectives;
• Ensuring all email templates and campaigns maintain strong brand consistency across messaging and visual communication;
• Running continuous experiments across offers, campaign structures, designs, segmentation, and customer journeys to identify growth opportunities;
• Collaborating closely with Meta and Google Ads teams to maximize the value of paid traffic through better audience targeting, creatives, landing pages, and lifecycle communication;
• Analyzing email marketing KPIs and revenue performance to identify optimization opportunities and drive measurable business impact.

Proven experience owning email marketing performance in a SaaS or DTC environment, with demonstrated impact on business results;
Strong understanding of revenue-driven email marketing principles and customer lifecycle strategy;
Experience creating and optimizing automated customer journeys, including onboarding, retention, recovery, personalization, or similar flows;
Strong copywriting and visual communication skills with the ability to maintain brand consistency;
Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience running A/B tests and making decisions based on performance insights;
Experience collaborating with paid marketing teams and understanding how email contributes to overall acquisition and retention strategy;
Experience working with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Omnisend, Iterable, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools (Klaviyo experience would be a strong advantage);
