Financial Analyst & Controller

Job Description

act as financial counterpart and business partner to the plant manager 
control profitability and costs 
monitor and control plant’s operational performance, efficiency and competitiveness 
prepare budget, forecast and actual results, as well as long-term financial plans 
conduct analysis of deviations from target and identify countermeasures in collaboration with plant management  
support continuous improvement projects in the plant 
control plant’s investments and projects 
responsible for product costing in SAP 
prepare and improve management accounting reports and tools 
work together with accounting department on fixed asset accounting, cost accounting  
be a single point of contact for all management accounting issues and financial topics 
after initial training position will also support the international controlling team acting as facilitator to improve reporting, performance and operational excellence of the 7 international plants of REHAU Water Technologies

Requirements

Several years of work experience in Controlling, preferably in operations controlling in an industrial manufacturing environment  
Degree in finance / economics 
Candidate will be willing to travel internationally, part of the training will be conducted on-site in German plants and Head Quarter 
Convincing personality with a strong and confident manner 
Independent and self-reliant working style 
Flexible personality willing and eager to take over additional responsibilities in future  
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English 
In-depth knowledge of management reporting principles;  
Excellent analytical thinking skills, ability to systematize and summarize information, strong approach to solving problems 
Strong result orientation, independence, responsibility, desire to improve; 
Good teamwork, organizational and time planning skills; 
Advanced working skills in MS Excel; 
Experience in SAP (FI/CO, PS) would be an advantage; 
Personal qualities: initiative, innovation, analytical thinking, communicability and flexibility.
