FINANCIAL CONTROLLER (F/M/D)

We are currently looking for a Financial Controller to join Financial Management team at Ignitis grupės paslaugų centras. In this role, you’ll be responsible for IT projects and services financial calculations and control. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Preparing periodical financial performance reports
• Ensuring accuracy in financial data and reporting
• Tracking, reporting, and analyzing budget variances
• Implementing internal controls and process improvements
• Preparing budgets and forecasts
• Calculating service prices
• Leading or participating in specific Group projects related to accounting, reporting, and overall finance functions
• Collaborating with IT department to support financial planning and decision-making

• A university degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of overall combined audit, finance control, or data analysis experience
• Good communication skills in English and Lithuanian language (both verbal and written)
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen, including the ability to identify and understand key business drivers
• Result-oriented, responsible, proactive, and willing to improve
