We are looking for a Financial Controller to join a newly established manufacturing plant of an international German industrial group in Baisogala. You will work closely with local management and operational teams, turning financial data into insights and supporting key business decisions. We offer:

Iš tavęs tikimės

experience in financial controlling, financial analysis or a similar finance role;
experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment;
practical knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis;
understanding of manufacturing costs and key cost drivers;
strong MS Excel skills;
experience with ERP systems; SAP would be an advantage;
strong analytical and business-oriented thinking;
fluent English for daily professional communication.
