Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Group Risk Process Manager to operate and mature our enterprise risk management framework and make it a practical decision making tool across a fast-paced organisation. This is a dual role: you will run the core risk processes - risk reviews, workshops, assessments, and reporting — that give leadership a clear, reliable view of our risk landscape, and you will operationalise them through our GRC platform, so the framework runs end-to-end rather than living in documents. Our ERM framework is built on COSO ERM principles, and your focus is on embedding and continuously improving it day to day. If you enjoy facilitating across functions, deconstructing complex processes, and engineering them into clean, scalable workflows, this role is for you

  • Run and continuously improve the risk management framework in practice - maintaining the risk taxonomy, methodology, and risk register, and keeping them current as the business evolves
  • Facilitate the risk management cycle, leading regular risk reviews and cross-functional workshops with risk and process owners to identify and reassess risks, validate treatment actions, and keep risk appetite and tolerances live and relevant
  • Support the teams with core risk processes end-to-end - risk assessment, treatment, and Key Risk Indicator (KRI) monitoring - so they function as a continuous cycle, not a periodic exercise
  • Own, configure, and continuously improve our GRC platform, translating the framework into well-structured workflows, data models, and taxonomies, with strong standards for documentation and data quality
  • Produce clear, timely risk reporting and dashboards that give leadership and governance forums an accurate, aggregated view of the risk profile and control effectiveness
  • Act as the internal point of contact for everything risk related - onboarding teams to the framework and platform, and ensuring new products or system changes are reflected with risk capture and appropriate treatment
  • Drive automation and integration to reduce manual overhead, improve data accuracy, and shorten reporting cycles

Requirements

  • Strong professional background with hands-on experience in risk or process management, with a clear bias toward operationalising and running frameworks rather than theory alone
  • Solid working knowledge of established risk frameworks - familiarity with COSO ERM is a strong advantage (deep ERM specialism is welcome but not essential if you bring strong process and platform skills)
  • Demonstrable experience configuring, administering, or implementing a GRC platform (e.g. LogicGate, ServiceNow GRC, Archer, or similar) - including workflows, data models, and integrations
  • Comfortable at the intersection of process and technology: you can take a complex process and run it cleanly in a system
  • A strong facilitator - confident leading workshops and risk reviews and drawing input from stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
  • Proven ability to manage high-complexity projects and recurring processes from end to end
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate risk clearly to a non-specialist and leadership audience
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfort with data, integrations, or no-code automation is an advantage
  • Excited about technology-driven businesses
