Job Description

Strategic Leadership & Partnership

  • Lead the HRBP function for the Vilnius site, acting as a key advisor to the Site Lead and local leadership team.
  • Strengthen leadership capabilities through dedicated coaching, guidance, and hands-on partnership.
  • Support managers through the full lifecycle of people leadership and change management.

Global Service Delivery

  • Direct end-to-end GBS HR operations across ~20 markets to ensure efficient, compliant, and seamless service delivery.
  • Define and communicate the GBS service catalog, driving a culture of continuous process improvement.
  • Drive the expansion of the GBS footprint by onboarding new markets and service lines.

Compliance, Data & Governance

  • Lead the transformation and redesign of the HR operating model within the Vilnius hub.
  • Ensure all operations remain compliant with diverse local labor laws and global corporate policies.
  • Act as the final escalation point for complex operational and organizational issues.
  • Champion data integrity and HRIS (Workday) accuracy on a global scale.

Requirements

  • Senior or strong mid-senior HR professional comfortable operating with high autonomy
  • Proven experience in HR Operations or service delivery models (GBS, SSC, or similar)
  • Strong HR Business Partnering experience in complex environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change in evolving or imperfect organisational structures
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes, employee relations, and labour frameworks
  • Resilient, independent decision-maker with a strong sense of ownership
  • Leadership mindset aligned with empowerment, accountability, transparency, respect, and humility
  • Fluent English
  • People management experience is not mandatory, but leadership capability is essential
  • Experience in GBS / SSC environments, Workday, and change management is an advantage
