Head of Media

As a Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in guiding and developing a team. This involves regular one-on-one meetings and daily stand-ups to monitor workflow and ensure progress. Your main responsibility will be to deliver projects on time, meeting client expectations and delivering results. When necessary, you will step into hands-on work, so strong previous experience in marketing is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the team, ensuring the professional growth of all members, particularly junior staff.
• Develop and manage digital campaign strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and others.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with team members on strategic project decisions and work closely with other departments to develop integrated marketing strategies.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, ensuring a strong, cohesive team.
• Work alongside the CSO to prepare sales pitches and presentations for new business leads.

• At least 5 years of marketing experience, with a broad range of responsibilities, preferably in an agency.
• Strong experience in developing marketing strategies for both B2C and B2B projects, especially in e-commerce.
• Extensive understanding of digital marketing channels.
• Strategic thinking, with the ability to quickly adapt to market changes, backed by excellent logical thinking, data analysis skills, and a broad interest in global market trends.
• Good proficiency in English.
• Experience in team leadership is highly preferred, but marketing expertise takes priority.
