• Creating and implementing the company’s business strategy;
• Ensuring that the formulated strategy is implemented at the operational level;
• Executing plans, allocating and using resources efficiently, delivering and analyzing results;
• Ongoing communication with company managers and employees on all matters related to daily operations;
• Budget planning, cost analysis, and optimization;
• Risk management and decision-making;
• Analyzing company performance indicators, including KPIs and OKRs;
• Monitoring market trends and providing insights;
• Preparing reports and presenting conclusions.

• Higher education in economics, management, or engineering;
• Experience in a managerial position, preferably in the operations of production and sales;
• Ability to create budget plans, analyze financial data, and make decisions;
• Solid knowledge of company performance analysis;
• Experience in team leadership and in setting tasks, KPIs, and OKRs;
• Ability to motivate, strong leadership, and flexibility;
• Experience in strategic planning and management;
• Ability to make prompt decisions;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
