Requirements

  • Experience managing managers (not only individual contributors), ideally at least 1 year
  • Proven ownership of team or function-level performance targets
  • Strong stakeholder and client management skills, including situations requiring persuasion
  • Ability to drive consistency and standards across multiple teams and locations
  • Fluent Lithuanian and English (Russian is an advantage)
  • Comfortable traveling regularly across the Baltics

Background can come from recruitment, operations, outsourced services, or similar environments with high performance expectations.

About the Role

You’ll lead the Recruitment function across the Baltics, managing 4 team leads and 2 quality coordinators. Your focus is not to manage individual recruiters, but to develop strong managers who deliver consistent results.

Your core responsibility is to ensure that our structured skills assessment framework becomes the standard way of working across all teams — not just a concept, but daily practice.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Set and maintain recruitment quality standards across Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Riga and Tallinn
  • Own the quality of every order we take
  • Support and develop team leads to become stronger managers
  • Act as a senior point of contact for key client situations
  • Drive consistency, performance and accountability across teams

This is a regional role — you’ll spend around one week per month in our other Baltic offices.
