Job Description

  • Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with safety documentation.
  • Daily safety agenda and communication with managers.
  • Collaborate with external safety service provider for compliance.
  • Support and coordinate group HSE initiatives.
  • Visit sites regularly (Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda).
  • Environmental tasks: CO2 reporting, sustainability metrics.
  • Deliver presentations and clear communication (e.g., statistics, safety performance).

Requirements

  • English B2 proficiency.
  • Hands-on technical knowledge of safety.
  • Strong mindset and responsibility.
  • Relevant certifications (fire safety, etc.) and driver’s license.
  • Several years of experience in HSE role (manufacturing/technical environment).
