Job Description

  • Responsible for product costing;
  • Analysis of product costing;
  • Develop and follow up KPIs for operations/ production;
  • Must contribute to building an effective finance team;
  • Must work with continuous improvements within finance;
  • Participation in budget and forecast processes;
  • Responsible for monitoring the profitability and efficiency of the operations;
  • Be a part of month-end financial reporting – including analysis.

Requirements

  • Education: economics, auditing, or accounting;
  • Good business and accounting understanding;
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel;
  • Experience with ERP systems;
  • Very good knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
  • Social skills: solution-oriented with good collaboration properties; detail-focused, but at the same time able to see the bigger picture; trust-building and service-oriented;
  • Relevant work experience, preferably from a Manufactory company and international.
