Inžinierius (IT)

This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Engineer (Intern) located in Klaipėda, with flexibility to work from home. In this role, you will focus on supporting IT and software-related projects through analysis, technical documentation, and system understanding. You will assist in identifying business and technical requirements, mapping workflows, supporting integrations, and ensuring clear communication between technical teams and stakeholders.

• Assist in analyzing internal systems, workflows, and integration needs
• Support preparation of technical documentation, specifications, and process descriptions
• Help gather and structure requirements for software and data-related initiatives
• Collaborate with developers and project teams to clarify system functionality and expected outcomes
• Participate in improving internal reporting, monitoring, and data visibility
• Support testing, validation, and quality checks for system updates and new features
• Contribute to knowledge base creation and documentation of internal IT processes
• Support development and improvement of solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

The internship is paid, with the possibility of continuing as a Junior IT Engineer after successful completion. This role is ideal for a student who wants to build a foundation in technical analysis, documentation, and software-focused IT work within a modern data-driven company.

• Strong analytical mindset and interest in understanding how systems and business processes work
• Familiarity with IT environments, software systems, or basic infrastructure concepts
• Interest in technical documentation, requirement analysis, or business/system analysis work
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Power Platform, scripting, or similar tools is a plus
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced technology environment
