IT Administrator (Nordics)

Currently we are expanding team in Lithuania and searching for IT Administrator to join Vilnius site. Main focus of the role is to ensure that the IT infrastructure in the region is in line with the internal set of rules and regulations via managing the hardware, giving user support and managing local IT partners.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure that IT infrastructure in the region (main focus in Finland, Baltics countries and Poland) is in line with the internal set of rules and regulations
• Daily support of users in RDS and hardware problems via remote tools (e.g. teamviewer) or using local partners
• Managing the various network components in the region
• Liaise  with the Group IT department and follow their instructions
• Managing 3rd party IT partners
• Backup for IT tasks in the other countries in the region
• Various IT projects

• Education: IT degree
• Professional experience: minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Language skills: Fluent oral and written English
• Computer skills: RDS, network tools, Anti-virus, Microsoft products
