IT BUSINESS ANALYST (AGILE/SCRUM)

We are seeking a passionate IT Business Analyst with a strong understanding of software solutions in the fintech sector. Our projects range from bank card payments to gift card solutions and other systems for our business clients. In this role, you will be integral to an Agile/Scrum environment, helping to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.

KEY TASKS:

• Collaborate with business and IT teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies to prepare business requirements specifications.
• Analyze and document business processes and workflows within an Agile framework.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, providing insights and feedback to the IT team to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Assist in the development and improvement of business analysis methodologies tailored for Agile projects.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development processes within Agile frameworks.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in creating detailed documentation and specifications aligned with Agile practices.
