IT Business Analyst

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Author and update internal and external documentation ad product requirements
• Determine and develop user requirements to ensure maximum usability  
• Perform quality assurance
• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain the system’s processes
• Define reporting and alerting requirements
• Help design, document and maintain system processes
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the product team
• Communicate key insights and findings to the product team
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve our software products, discover issues and deliver better value to the customers

• A degree in IT or Computer Science or similar
• At least 3 years experience in Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
• High proficiency with SQL language and database management
• Proven analytical abilities
• Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills (all in English)
