Job Description

  • Work in a team of 5-8 non-technical people;
  • Analyze business needs;
  • Gather data and analyze business and user needs;
  • Identify and resolve internal tool issues; 
  • Create documentation;
  • Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software and IT processes;
  • Issue tracking, feature requests.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge in SQL, MS Excel;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Willingness to learn and share knowledge with others;
  • Ability to take initiative, to work independently as well as in different teams;
  • Attention to details;
  • Good English skills.
