Junior Legal Counsel

Get Ready To

• Draft, review, negotiate and advise colleagues on a variety of commercial topics related to the preparation of agreements
• Prepare, adopt, amend and coordinate a wide range of agreements, procedural documents, internal procedures related to the activities of the company
• Ensure that the company’s internal documents comply with applicable legislation
• Advise company’s and group employees on contract preparation and other related legal issues

We Expect You To

• Have 1+ years of experience as a lawyer, lawyer assistant
• Have skills in drafting legal documents (commercial contracts, internal procedures)
• Have proactive approach, responsiveness, and reliability
• Have good communication, organizational, and time management skills, ability to meet deadlines
• Have excellent English and Lithuanian language skills (written and oral)

Nice to Have:

• Data Protection knowledge
• Experience in the tech industry

Location

Work from anywhere. We have offices in the major Lithuanian cities – Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda – but in case you can’t think of what pants to wear today, waiting for your cat’s food to be delivered, or casually chilling in Tenerife – gotcha. Meet you at the Zoom party.
