Project Delivery & Coordination:
- Support the delivery of projects across the full lifecycle (idea → development → rollout → maintenance).
- Help plan tasks, track progress, and ensure things move forward smoothly together with a senior project manager.
- Work in an Agile environment (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and gradually take on more ownership.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Act as a link between business stakeholders and the development team.
- Help gather and clarify requirements and turn them into clear, structured tasks.
- Support onboarding of new clients to the platform.
- Work closely with frontend, backend, and data teams on new features and improvements.
Learning & Growth:
- Build your expertise in ad tech, data, and product development.
- Stay up to date with the Google Marketing Platform ecosystem.
- Participate in trainings and certifications.
Reikalavimai
Must-have:
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset
- Experience with Google Ads or DSP platforms (e.g., Adform).
- 1–2 years of experience in ad tech or Online Marketing.
- Degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, informatics, etc.).
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Google Marketing Platform tools (GA, GTM, DV360, CM360, SA360).
- Basic understanding of Agile ways of working.
- Some technical curiosity (e.g., APIs, SQL, automation tools like Make.com or n8n).
