We’re redefining what support looks like. While AI handles the routine tasks, you step in for everything that matters: sharp troubleshooting, real problem-solving, and the kind of empathy no automation can replace.

Products’ customer base grows fast, and we have created several in-house chatbots & quality assurance tools that help us support this growth and manage loads of customer requests.

Now we are looking for a junior/mid-level front-end developer, who will work closely with our backend team by creating engaging and user friendly web applications. Our product team creates unique AI-powered solutions from scratch. Your input could make a big difference, shaping how we solve problems for millions of people around the world.

Take ownership of our front-end products that provide better customer support through AI.
Apply front-end best practices and help shape the project structure.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Write reliable, observable code - when something breaks, the reason should be visible and easy to understand.
Collaborate daily with product managers and software developers to define, build, and ship products.

Requirements

2–4 years of front-end web development experience with JavaScript frameworks (Vue, Angular, or React).
Solid understanding of web components and other modern web technologies.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD practices.
Good grasp of architectural design in front-end development.
Skilled at augmenting your work with the latest AI agents.
Thorough about testing your own code, and able to translate high-level requirements into technical solutions.

Nice to have

Familiarity with TanStack libraries is a plus.
