Key account manager

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Requirements:

• successful experience in managing business client services or active sales (2 years or more);
• independence, collaboration skills, and decision-making ability;
• excellent negotiation, compromise-finding, and time management skills;
• willingness to learn, develop, and expand knowledge;
• computer literacy, with excellent skills in both English and Lithuanian;
• category B driver’s license.

You will be working on:

• developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships, making sales, and negotiating with assigned business clients;
• understanding clients' needs and goals and offering suitable solutions to help them achieve their objectives;
• preparing various documents, contracts, proposals, and presentations;
• ensuring the quality of services provided and sharing feedback with the team;
• finding and implementing solutions for various situations.
