Team Lead

A company providing professional electrical installation services for industrial and residential projects is expanding its team and is looking for a Team Leader to work in Belgium.

Job Description:

• Organizing, supervising, and executing electrical installation work on-site;
• Planning, delegating, and monitoring team tasks;
• Understanding and applying technical documentation (drawings, diagrams) in practice;
• Ensuring quality and safety standards on-site;
• Communicating with clients, company management, and technical staff.

• Experience in a similar position within the electrical installation field;
• Ability to work independently and lead a team;
• Ability to read electrical installation diagrams and drawings;
• Knowledge of low-voltage systems (KNX, DALI, Fire Alarm);
• Higher education in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field;
• English language proficiency;
• Valid driver’s license.

• Long-term projects in Belgium, working on a rotational basis according to an individually agreed schedule (working abroad / returning home);
