Preparing and reviewing agreements, including credit and collateral agreements, and ensuring their compliance with applicable legislation and internal procedures.
Monitoring changes in the legislation and arising legal risks, and introducing them to all involved parties.
Consulting the employees and managers of the Lithuanian Branch in legal matters.
Representing the Lithuanian Branch in transactions that require notarial authentication.
Preparing documents and correspondence and participating in private and public law proceedings.
Requirements
You have a university or equivalent degree in law.
You have at least 2 years’ work experience in legal consultation and preparing legal documentation; it is an advantage if you have experience with preparing consumer credit and collateral agreements.
You have advanced knowledge of spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
You are accurate, attentive to detail, and able to meet agreed deadlines.
You handle stress and routine well, and are a team player.
