Requirements

  • You're comfortable in the Linux command line — you don't need to have it all memorized, but ssh, logs, and basic troubleshooting shouldn't scare you.
  • A home lab, in any form — a Raspberry Pi, an old laptop running Proxmox, a self-hosted Pi-hole, a Minecraft server for your friends. We don't care how tidy it is; we care that you've broken something and fixed it on your own time.
  • A basic grasp of how networking and DNS actually work.
  • You stay calm when things break, and you ask instead of guessing.
  • English good enough for daily written and spoken work with a distributed team.
  • You're okay with shift rotation after probation (9am–6pm / 5pm–2am).
  • You write things down — the next person on shift depends on it.

  • Work on your terms: from modern offices in Kaunas and Vilnius, the comfort of home, or anywhere in the world.
  • Enjoy flexibility in managing your schedule and bring your ideas to life in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Your health comes first with insurance from Day 1, gym memberships, recharge leave, Headspace subscriptions, and regular health checks.
  • Join our wellbeing-dedicated events, sports, arts, and hobby clubs, or simply enjoy the balance of a lifestyle that prioritizes wellness.
  • Celebrate your achievements with company events like Summerfest & Winterfest, Town Hall, Meet the Client initiatives, team-buildings, and workations.
  • Enjoy access to the Žalgiris Arena VIP Lounge and celebrate life’s big moments with milestone gifts for weddings, new parenthood, and graduations.
