Create and execute a digital marketing strategy to generate sales leads;
Optimize conversion costs and manage the budget;
Increase brand awareness by effectively managing online brand campaigns;
Develop landing pages and other promo materials to support all marketing campaigns and initiatives;
Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence (Facebook, LinkedIn);
Create a content strategy and coordinate content creators' work;
Optimize and continuously improve the website according to the latest SEO standards;
Gather and analyze website statistics using various analytical tools;
Extend and develop current and new partnerships to increase traffic volumes;
Plan and perform other marketing activities on demand.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience as marketing manager, head of the marketing department, digital marketing manager or similar;
Experience in launching, analyzing, and optimizing Facebook/Google campaigns;
Strong analytical and creative skills;
Fluent English and Lithuanian;
Self-organized, independent, communicative, active and initiative;
Experience in fintech or banking sector is a big advantage.
