Marketing & Sales Promotion Project Manager

Job Description

  • Plan and execute marketing and sales promotion initiatives for investment products (pension funds, investment funds, investment life insurance) and risk life insurance.
  • Lead and manage complex marketing projects and campaigns, introducing innovative solutions to attract and retain clients.
  • Oversee project budgets, advertising effectiveness, sales performance, and competitive market analysis; provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure timely delivery of initiatives within budget, scope, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, product owners, external partners, and stakeholders.
  • Quickly identify and resolve emerging challenges using best practices in marketing and digital marketing.
  • Track campaign performance and provide reports to optimize future activities.
  • Support new initiatives and contribute to strategic decision-making across marketing projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and sales promotion (financial services experience is a plus, especially in investment or life insurance).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in large teams and cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of marketing, digital marketing, social media, customer experience, branding, ATL/BTL, and external communications.
  • Experience collaborating with media, creative, digital marketing, and PR agencies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across all stakeholder levels.
  • Presentation and public speaking skills for internal and external meetings or events.
  • Critical thinking, analytical mindset, results-oriented, with knowledge of regulatory requirements.
  • English proficiency (B2 or higher); strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project) and JIRA skills.
