Takes enquires for Meeting & Events and converts them into sales;
Prepares offers and contracts in line with Radisson Hotel Group standards;
Pre and post communication with clients concerning all the events;
Enters all the request's details into the hotel management system "Opera";
Communicates guest's requests to all Operational teams of the hotel in an effective and timely manner;
Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all Meetings and Events are carried out in a professional manner.
Requirements
Fluency (written and verbal) in Lithuanian and English languages;
Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry;
Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned;
Strong communication skills;
Experience in Conferences/Events organizing/booking area;
Office working hours Monday-Friday from 8 (or 9)a.m. till 5 (or 6)p.m.
