Payroll Specialist

What will you be doing?
• Managing payroll data and processing payroll transactions, including working hours, absences, bonuses, and deductions.
• Ensuring accurate payroll calculations, salary payments, and payslip generation.
• Administering time, attendance, leave, and statutory payroll processes.
• Preparing payroll reports, accounting entries, and supporting compliance and audit requirements.
• Responding to payroll-related queries and collaborating with HR, Finance, external providers, and authorities.
• Contributing to payroll process improvements, system enhancements, and ongoing projects.

What are we looking for?
• Experience in payroll administration within a finance, HR, or shared services environment.
• Good understanding of payroll processes, payroll legislation, statutory reporting, and payroll controls.
• Experience working with payroll systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Good English language skills.
• Russian language skills would be considered an advantage.
