Payroll Team Lead

Job Description

  • Guiding and steering the payroll team with efficiency, while also managing recruitment, work distribution, performance oversight, operational excellence
  • Ensure the quality of provided payroll services and compliance with local tax authorities, laws and regulations in Lithuania.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, management, and other internal departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Improve internal processes and participate in payroll-related projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in payroll (including cumulative working time accounting).
  • Strong knowledge of Lithuanian labor law, taxes and payroll-related legislation.
  • Mandatory experience working with Rivilė or similar payroll software.
  • Confident user of MS Excel.
  • Fluency in English (min. B2 level).
