Get ready to

  • Gather and interpret insights about target groups to inform creative direction and messaging.
  • Manage communication with external creative resources (actors, freelancers, etc) to support creative delivery.
  • Together with our marketing team develop and execute creative strategies for digital advertising campaigns that are both innovative and performance-oriented.
  • Write and issue comprehensive briefs for internal and external creative professionals (graphic designers, video editors, animators, actors, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Develop compelling copywriting for ads, headlines, call-to-actions oriented towards sales or other KPIs (for longer and more advanced texts we have a copywriter position)
  • Analyse ad testing and performance data; make strategic decisions to optimise creative angles and performance.
  • Conduct competitive ad analysis to stay ahead in the market.
  • Constantly search for new ideas, emerging trends and audience insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 + years (or 2-3 years) of experience in a role such as Performance Creative, Creative Strategist, Creative Producer, Digital Marketing Specialist or similar.
  • Proven experience working with e-commerce (D2C) or digital product brands. Experience in health, wellness, beauty or household goods is a strong plus.
  • Experience executing performance marketing campaigns (ideally in USA or global markets).
  • Strong performance-orientation: you focus on measurable results, optimisation and driving growth.
  • Excellent ability to influence, tell a story, synthesise key messages, and present visually compelling creative.
  • Creative and analytical mindset – comfortable with both ideation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent English language skills. Fluency in Lithuanian is required for some locations/offices.
  • Strong common sense, curiosity, willingness to test and learn, and fearlessness around failing and iterating.
  • Portfolio or examples of successful campaigns and creative work will be expected (especially for roles emphasising creative production).
