Job Description

Your responsibilities:

  • Administration of Outlook calendar;
  • Organization of business meetings and workshops (incl. room booking, catering, preparation of protocols)
  • Travel arrangement coordination and expense administration
  • Preparation of meeting agenda
  • Preparation of presentations, reports and other documents
  • Other administrative duties upon project support
  • Administration of O365 communication and collaboration platforms.

Requirements

Your qualifications:

  • Strong English language skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take full ownership of tasks
  • Fast reaction and decision-making skills
  • Good MS365 office knowledge
  • Eager to learn and proactive attitude
  • Orientation to quality and details
