Process Excellence Specialist

Your responsibilities will include:

• Together with the team, identify opportunities for process standardization and automation of manual workflows
• Coordinate process automation and robotization projects (from planning to implementation)
• Closely collaborate and communicate with colleagues from different business areas to ensure successful project implementation
• Facilitate process assessments to continuously improve processes and review impact of implemented automation solutions
• Contribute to testing new process automation technologies and drive required adaptations of existing processes and tools

We expect you have:

• Business process knowledge
• Fluency in business English
• Familiarity with IT and automation technologies
• Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills
• Analytical skills &strong problem-solving focus
• Proactive, positive, and reliable attitude
• Focus on continuous improvement
• Flexibility and ability to think outside the box

• Attractive salary package: base salary from 1800 EUR/month (gross, based on the qualifications and experience), along with an attractive bonus system comprising yearly bonuses and a 13th salary
