Product Manager

• Work as a member of Baltic Product Group team placed in Vilnius, Lithuania, taking responsibility for selected product/attachment group
• Lead and coordinate the communication between the product provider and three Baltic countries sales teams
• Develop relationships with new and existing products providers, negotiating pricing and logistic‘s details
• Identify client’s business needs and coming up with solutions
• Develop and optimize business unit process
• Relationship with existing customers by understanding their needs and  expectations

Professional Requirements:

• Previous 2+ years working experience in B2B sales management, preferable related to construction machinery or Industrial products
• Higher education – preferably in technical sciences or economics
• Language skills: Lithuanian, English
• Driver’s license
