Program Manager / Sr. Project Manager

We are looking for a Program Manager to join Vinted Go and drive the initiatives improving the performance of our delivery network - the thousands of partner shops and lockers where Vinted members drop off and pick up their parcels every day. We are looking for a data-driven individual who loves solving complex problems and collaborating with stakeholders in fixing them. In this role, you will analyze data to develop and execute strategies that improve the performance of the Vinted Go parcel network, driving our mission to reinvent shipping and make it more convenient, affordable, and sustainable.

• Drive performance improvement programs and projects, collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, Data Science, Customer Support, and other teams
• Build and improve simple, scalable ways to track network performance (e.g. delivery times, failure rates, cost per parcel)
• Lead projects that reduce delays, improve reliability, and optimize costs across the parcel network
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to improve daily operations
• Contribute to achieving cost, efficiency, and sustainability targets with the identified projects
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear action plans and priorities
• Help discover and implement new and innovative solutions aligned with the strategic direction and future operating model

• Proven experience working in consulting, project management, operations, logistics, supply chain, or similar fast-paced operational environment
• Strong track record of owning complex, cross-functional projects with measurable business impact
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Strong program management and stakeholder management skills
• Have great analytical skills and are able to make data-driven decisions
• Comfortable with high levels of ambiguity, pragmatic decision making and able to learn and pivot quickly
• Have excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• A collaborative team player who builds trust and works effectively across different teams
